Torque valve torque insert to increase the torque in the lower speed range.
This exhaust torque insert works similarly to a valve, which backflows and thus fresh gas contamination
counteracts. Exhaust gases can therefore not flow back into the combustion chamber. The result is better cylinder filling
(especially at low speeds) and therefore a higher torque. The very special shape also ensures
the venturi effect.
Installation of the torque valve:
Disassemble the exhaust system to gain access to the manifold.
Insert the torque valve into the manifold. It must be flush with the sealing surface of the exhaust manifold, something may help
High temperature sealant (eg Firegum) and / or smoothing the weld in the manifold. The exhaust system with a new one
Reinstall the manifold gasket. Start the engine and check the exhaust system for leaks.
