Special care is taken by LSL in the production of aluminum handlebars.
After test series in cooperation with the University of Hamburg
crystallized out a high-strength aluminum alloy, the high strength
combined with sufficient deformability. The load capacity of the
handlebar made of this material is 60% above the required test load.
As the only handlebar producer in Europe, LSL also complements the imperial one
Handlebar range with high-strength and sporty handlebar shapes.
These handlebars are made so that the wall thickness towards the clamping area
more powerful. The handlebars thereby achieve a rigidity,
the conventional steel handlebars is equal.
