MARSTON ceramic paste, tube 80 g

Ceramic paste is based on a high molecular weight oil, inorganic binders and ceramic additives. The product can be used as a paste in a range from -20 ° C to approx. + 150 ° C.
The contained solid lubricant can be used up to 1500 ° C. The product contains no metallic pigments and is free of graphite, molybdenum sulfide and sulfur-containing additives.

Ceramic paste as high-pressure and high-temperature lubricant in mechanical engineering for gears, slide tracks, guide rails and joints, mainly with slow sliding movements.
Provides quick and easy assembly and disassembly, e.g. of parts with thread sure. It allows the application of the correct torque by eliminating influences due to thread irregularities.

Applications:

For lubrication and to prevent galling on temperature-loaded machine elements, such as screws, bushes, guides, spindles, springs, wedges, etc. Disassembly is facilitated. As a release agent of hot screw connections, e.g. Superheated steam screws, on turbines, exhaust pipes, gears, valves, chains, slides and shafts, e.g. in the petrochemical industry, in power plants, rolling mills and the like available. As a release agent in metal casting, die casting, forging, in extrusion, when very high temperatures are reached.
