Advantages of Mahle oil filters
- Cold start resistance given by a stable fold geometry
- Reliable separation of contaminated and filtered oil through high-quality sealing materials and precisely fitting connecting parts
- Load peaks of up to 20 bar are compensated for by the high pressure resistance of the housing
- Oil supply ensured at all times by a pressure relief valve (in the case of thick oil, such as during cold start phases or at low temperatures
outside temperatures, as well as a filter element that is heavily contaminated due to the change interval being exceeded)
- Non-return valve prevents the filter from running empty when the engine is switched off and ensures a quick oil supply when the engine is started
