REAR FRAME Customizing Kit, f. BMW R80/100 models with Paralever, incl. material expertise

The rear frame customizing kit for the professional or hobby screwdriver.
Thanks to the modular principle, individual adjustments can be made to this rear frame, such as angle or
Length changes can be made.

All parts are made to measure and basically just need to be welded. The adapter pieces fit perfectly
in the pipe ends, the ends of the pipe connections are milled to the appropriate angles and radii.
Additionally included are 4 welding eyelets for seat attachment, as well as 2 welding eyelets for the rear indicators.
After the welding work, the rear frame can be screwed together as usual.
The original shock absorber can be adopted.

A material report/material data sheet is included with the rear frame kit for easy registration with TÜV .

- 1x rear frame loop (25mm x 2mm)
- 3x CNC milled/turned adapter pieces
- Left support milled at an angle/radius

Under the item number KA-BAU you will find a suitable wiring harness for the rear electrical system (for taillights and indicators).
This saves having to remove the original wiring harness when customizing the motorcycle. The original wiring harness can
thus remain in the original rear frame. If a trip is coming up, the original frame can be restored in just a few steps
be used. This means, for example, that you can take advantage of the suitcase set and the large 2-man seat for touring
continue to be used.
Under the item number KF-HL you will find an aluminum fender that replaces the original plastic fender of all BMW R models.
